<p>1 crushed garlic</p>
<p>1 teaspoon of sesame paste</p>
<p>1 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar</p>
<p>1 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil</p>
<p>1 teaspoon of soy sauce</p>
<p>3 teaspoons of sesame seeds</p>
<p>2 teaspoons of sugar (only if needed)</p>
<p>2 small onions, which should be cut</p>
<p>Cut every single green bean into two pieces and boil them until they get soft, leave them to cool and dry up. Now boil the noodles for 4 minutes until they get silky, then pour some cold water on them in order to cool them and dry it up. Mix two teaspoons of warm water with the garlic, sesame paste, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce and sugar (if needed). Then mix this sauce with noodles, green beans, onions and sesame seeds. Your healthy buckwheat pasta is ready to be eaten! <em>Bon appetite!</em></p>

<p>500 g (16,9 oz) of salmon fillet</p>
<p>400 g (13,53 oz) of tagliatelle with spinach</p>

<p>3 cloves of garlic</p>
<p>85 g (2,87 oz) of arugula salad</p>

<p>Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a frying pan, heat it, pour some salt and pepper on salmon and put it into that pan. Fry it for 5-8 minutes, then turn it on the other side and do the same. Now put it on a plate. While the salmon is being fried boil the noodles you have.</p>
<p>Now heat your frying pan again, pour some olive oil, pour chopped garlic, chili without seeds and fry it for a minute. Now mix the noodles, chopped salmon, arugula salad with the mixture you&#8217;ve just done. Don&#8217;t forget to pour some salt and pepper! <em>Bon appetite!</em></p>
