That being said, if you do swim, try to avoid strokes that will twist your body and opt for a slower paced swim with smooth and easy strokes. </span></p>

In fact our lives would consist of us going to farmers markets to get fresh produce every single week, eat organic eggs from chickens that were brought up in our backyards, have our local farmers over for dinner every week, and go to the local forest<span id="more-2850"></span>to rummage about for fresh, organic mushrooms. I’m pretty sure you get the idea that in this sort of world most of us would be active and running about outdoors.</p>
<p>But I will tell you right now that this sort of life just isn’t that realistic for most people to live out. And believe me, who on earth would want to in the first place!</p>
<h1>Foods You Must Buy Organic</h1>
<p>Most of us are just far too comfortable with the great services that we have around us. Being able to go down to the local supermarket and pick up whatever you want, whenever you want is a luxury that most of us take for granted but when given the option to exchange it for the healthy world scenario I shared above then I think most people would pass.</p>
<p>But of course that doesn’t at all mean that we as people don’t want to eat healthy foods. All of us would love to buy organic foods but I think I’m right in making the assumption that we just want to make sure that we are putting our money towards the best foods out there.</p>
<p>So to help you out, I’ve put together a list of four of the most important foods every single person out there should be eating organic from now on. The great thing is that you should be able to find all of them down at your local supermarket without issues.</p>
<p>Of course I’ve done my best to list the foods in order of importance, beginning with the most essential food and ending with the least… however in my personal opinion I’d recommend that you get them all!</p>
<h2>Foods You Must Buy Organic</h2>
<p>So to start with, you should begin putting your money to getting…</p>
<h4>Organic Dairy Products</h4>
<p>While dairy is something that many people all over the world are not able to consume because they are lactose intolerant. I can tell you that there are an even greater number of individuals that eat dairy and have it as part of their daily staple.</p>
<p>Whether you are consuming, milk, butter, cream or yogurt your best bet would be to invest in dairy that comes from a 100% grass fed cow. But unfortunately this sort of dairy is rare to come across in the mass market and when you do it can be rather expensive. So for now you should be aiming to get dairy that is at least organic.</p>
<p>The important thing you should note about organic dairy is the fact that it has to meet some government regulations and standards.</p>
<p>The first of these regulations states that organic dairy cows must be consuming a diet of fresh grass… and on top of that the farmers must make sure that at least 30% of the calories that they do consume comes from this fresh grass.</p>
<p>So by putting your hard earned cash towards organic dairy products you can be sure that you are getting a product which has come from a cow that has been consuming a decent amount of fresh grass throughout its life.</p>
<p>Another reason why it&#8217;s extremely essential to be eating organic dairy is due to the fact that ordinary dairy comes from cows that eat food that is covered full of pesticides… and a lot of these pesticides ends up in the dairy products that you find on supermarket shelves.</p>
<h3>Foods You Must Buy Organic</h3>
<h4>Organic Beef</h4>
<p>The best thing about organic beef is the fact that the standards and regulations that I referred to above in regards to organic milk also apply to organic beef. This means that all organic beef cows must be getting at least 30% of their daily calories from fresh grass. So in the end you might be paying a little more for it but you will be getting beef that not only tastes amazing but also contains a lot more nutrients.</p>
<p>While organic beef doesn’t come close to 100% grass fed, it is a whole lot better than the beef that most people are used to consuming.</p>
<p>The good news is that the remaining 70% of an organic cows diet is corn and soy that is neither genetically modified or contains a lot of pesticides. On top of that government regulations state that organic cows must not be given any antibiotics or hormones!So you can have comfort in the fact that your money is being well spent!</p>
<h1>Buying Organic Food</h1>
<h4>Eggs</h4>
<p>The best of the best when it comes to eggs are of course those that come from pastured chickens. However if you are not able to get your hands on these then your second option should be to get organic. These are the only two kinds you should ever put your money on. Never get ordinary eggs, believe me it’s not worth it.</p>
<p>The reason for this is that these ordinary chickens are on a diet of pesticide ridden grains and all of this will be passed onto the eggs that they produce.</p>
<p>Obviously in terms of health our goal is to minimize our contact with chickens that have been exposed to pesticides. So when you get pastured chicken eggs you know that the chicken has largely be consuming natural things such as bugs and grasses, rather than pesticide covered grains.</p>
<h2>Buying Organic Food</h2>
<h4>Leafy Greens</h4>
<p>Surface area is what is common between all the various leafy green vegetables out there such as spinach, kale, and collards. And the problem with these vegetables is that pretty much the whole entire thing gets covered in the pesticides that are sprayed onto them… and trust me this is impossible to remove.</p>
<p>You can literally scrub them all you want but all you are going to do is end up with a mushy soup.</p>
<p>This is why it is so important to go organic when it comes to vegetables. Another reason to go organic is for the sole fact that you are going to be consuming a large amount of vegetables from now on. Just imagine what kind of damage you will be doing to your long term health if you consume a lot of vegetables that are covered with pesticides.</p>
<p>All those pesticides just can’t be good for you on a long term basis. Of course, I’m not saying that this list is by any means the be all and end all of foods that you must eat organically from now on. Instead it’s just a place where you should start and slowly grow from.</p>
<p>As times goes on and you analyze what you eat most often, you will come to find other foods that you should be eating organic and add to the list. This way over time you will only be getting healthier and healthier.</p>

The most important minus of drinking too much coffee for us is the caffeine, which affects our sleep and I am sure You already know that. <p>We are all workaholics nowadays, we work work work work work, then go sleep, wake up feeling tired and start everything from the start. Where does it lead us? Nowhere. Hence, from now on, give yourself some time and try to calm your self down, have a nice bath or do anything else what makes you calmer.</p>

<p>Yesterday I went to bed quite late, it was obvious that I will hardly wake up another morning (I am still going to school, so I have to get up early in order not to be late). The most interesting thing is that this morning I woke up earlier than normally and felt better than ever.
