Our hearts are very patient, they tolerate smoking, fat food, overweight until they start hurting and then we understand that we need heart health care, so we start taking care of heart witch is very important for our bodies. Every single day we have to do something to keep our organisms strong, healthy and even small changes can be very usable to keep our hearts healthier.

Heart caring is very important, so there are some “caring heart” tips you must know. This is what you have to do every single day to live lustier and better.

7.30 AM – Do some easy exercises

Every morning, when you wake up, don’t forget to move your muscles. Do some easy exercises in your bed, stretch, massage your legs, feet. Open your windows and breathe deeply. This is how your heart will get a lot of oxygen and you will feel fresh all day. This heart health care is very simple and already can make a good change for your organism.

8.00 AM – Take a shower

This is the time when you are searching what to wear, making breakfast and your bed. Besides that you should not forget to take a shower and enjoy it for 10 – 20 minutes. After that, while you are putting on your make up, brushing your hair, tiptoe on your fingers. This move will improve blood circulation, so that’s how you will be taking care of heart without even thinking about it.

8.30 AM – Breakfast

Eat slowly, enjoy the morning. Choose black bread instead of white because it has vitamin B and fresh juice which has vitamin C. So this is your simple heart health care you need.

9.00 AM – At work

Forget lift and climb on stairs. This is an exercise that will improve your blood circulation, burn some calories. Also don’t start your day with a cup of tea. If you drink 4 cups of coffee a day, it will increase probability to get heart disease.

13.30 – Lunch

This is the time when you eat the most important meal, so you need to watch what you have in your plate. Lean meat or fish with some salads is the best choice to eat in this time. Also for dessert you should get some fruits, it could be apple, kiwi, grapefruit. Eat food without much salt, because it increases blood pressure.

17.30 – At home

If you had a difficult day, you could go home by foot and enjoy the view. Your heart will get more oxygen, you will increase blood circulation and relax. The most important thing here is to remember that you are at home, so forget all problems and spend some time with your family, friends.

18.30 – Dinner

Your heart caring still continues! For dinner you should get something light. Don’t forget to put some herbs – thyme, ginger, garlic, green onions, to your meal because those plants boost your metabolism, so you will be safe from unnecessary fats. Also it’s a good moment to drink some red vine, because it has useful materials which improve digestion. This is how you will be taking care of your heart easily.

22.30 – Sleeping

Go to sleep before the midnight, so your organism will produce more sleep hormone – melatonin and you will slumber way better. Besides that you need to ventilate the room by opening a window and also don’t forget that this is the time when magic happens, so cuddle your partner and let that magic happen – it will recover circulatory system and relax your body. So enjoy every single moment you have with your lover and sleep for 8 hours.
